Mindfulness is the process of paying careful attention to our experience in the present moment, on purpose, and with openness and curiosity. Research has shown that mindfulness can be a powerful way of not only reducing stress but of finding new ways of relating to ourselves, to others, and living more authentically.

In this program you will learn to apply mindfulness  to:

  • Become more clear on what you want and don’t want in your work, from a deeper, more intuitive knowing.
  • Identify any obstacles which may be holding you back from knowing or moving forward with following your true calling.
  • Examine your ideas and beliefs about what changes you can and cannot do, or should and should not do.
  • Practice mindfulness meditation
  • Learn short mindfulness based exercises which you can do on your own, both at home and at work.

If you feel even a vague longing for something more, something else in your career; if you have grown out of your career – this course can give you a way to move towards what you really want, rather than staying in a position which is no longer a good fit for you.
